23rd Asia-Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology Congress

23rd Asia-Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology Congress was held from August 28th to 31st, 2021. The original plan was to hold it locally in August 2020, but due to the influence of the COVID-19, it was postponed to August 2021 and the holding format was changed to a hybrid meeting. ICC Kyoto directly made a contract with overseas PCO. The dedicated staff member had some web meeting about the conference with PCO in Australia and supported the preparation for the conference. Regarding the use of the venue, a presentation studio and an online distribution base have been set up. In January 2021, we enhanced our Internet connection to hold a hybrid conference, providing a stable and high-speed and stable communication environment. In addition, the average number of online participants was more than 1,100 per day, and the event was successfully completed.
