Our mission

The purpose of this organization is to promote international mutual understanding, academics, science, technology, and culture, and contribute to environmental preservation, by appropriately managing and efficiently operating the government-owned conference facility (ICC Kyoto) whose management it is entrusted with based on the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Entrustment of Management of Government-Owned Conference Facilities.

Enterprises

(1) Enterprises to attract and operate international, academic, scientific, and technological conferences organized by the national government or government organizations
(2) Enterprises to promote international exchange and Japanese culture
(3) Enterprises to manage ICC Kyoto facilities
(4) Other enterprises required to accomplish the purpose of the organization

Management and operation of facilities

A Government-Owned Property Management Entrustment Contract was concluded between the Japanese government (Ministry of Finance) and Kyoto City, and a Management Re-Entrustment Contract was concluded between Kyoto City and this Public Interest Incorporated Foundation to manage and operate this government-owned facility.
