Guide to Using Support Service
Service staff work hours
Please ensure at least four work hours for each person. Working time can be extended later. Additional charges will be included if work begins before 7:00 and finishes after 21:00

Service staff attire
Unless convention sponsors make specific requests, service staff will dress as described below.
- Women
Black, navy blue or gray skirts or slacks / white blouses (with black, navy blue or gray jackets during winter). ICC Kyoto provides neck scarves and leather shoes for meeting venues. - Men
Black, navy blue or gray suits, white shirts, neckties and leather shoes

Money-handling service
If service staff need to handle participation fees or other monies, convention sponsors are asked to send a person or persons who will have overall responsibility for registration reception. The sponsor's representative(s) will confirm totals at each reception desk and manage overall accounting, change and participation fees.
Please assign security guards, as necessary, to reception and the place where central accounting is conducted.
Please complete a "Request for Use of Safe Deposit Box," if this is desired for safekeeping of monies received.
